Advance Order Program

Advanced pre-release ordering is available for selected Shout! Factory titles. These titles are noted with an Advance Order icon. If you would like to receive your music or DVD selection on the actual day it hits stores, please place your order with standard shipping no later than 10 days in advance of release. Expedited Delivery orders should arrive by release date if placed by 10 AM PST the Thursday prior to the release date. Standard orders after this date should arrive approximately 5 days after the release date.

If your order includes other products that are actually in-stock, your order will be processed with the pre-release title and shipped together on the release date. Therefore, for immediate shipment of your in-stock order, please create separate orders.

Security

Shout! Factory is very sensitive to your concerns regarding the security of using your credit cards to purchase products over the Internet. Safeguarding your privacy and confidentiality is of the utmost importance to us. Our site uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) which encrypts your data while it is being transferred over the Internet. This makes it very difficult for someone to steal your credit card information. We also use the latest encryption technologies to protect the security of your credit card and password information while we are processing your order.


How to Shop

  1. When you find an item you want to buy, just click on the Buy Now button. It will automatically be placed in your shopping cart.
  2. At any time, you can empty your shopping cart or take an item out.  To remove an item, simply click on the 'remove' button.  Click the 'update' button to remove the item from your cart.
  3. At any time, you can change the quantity or configuration you are ordering, by selecting the new information and click 'update'.
  4. When you're done shopping and have everything you want, click on the 'update' button or simply click on the 'checkout' button to update your order and proceed through the check out process.

How to Pay

Shout! Factory accepts paypal in addition to the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Gift cards issued by anyone other than Shout Factory are not accepted; i.e. American Express, Visa, etc. gift cards are NOT accepted.

If you use your debit card to pay for your order, please keep in mind that items are billed when shipped and funds must be available in your account at that time.

The charge for your order will appear on your credit card bill as "Shout! Factory LLC".

Shipping Methods And Expedited Delivery Option

Shout! Factory offers standard, expedited and overnight.   Overnight orders are normally shipped via FedEx and cannot ship to a P.O. Box. Standard delivery takes 5 to 7 days via U.S. domestic mail.  Overnight orders will be shipped the next business day. Saturday or Sunday delivery is not available for expedited or overnight.  Expedited Delivery is usually a 2 to 5 business day service.  

Note: Shipping times are based on when the package leaves the distribution facility. 

Canadian Customers
If you order products for delivery to a shipping address outside The United States, you will be responsible for any and all import taxes, tariffs and duties which may be levied by your Customs or Government or Other Authority upon any parcel we send to you.


Sales Tax

With respect to orders being shipped to a California, Indiana or Kentucky address, we are required to collect sales tax at the rates in effect at the time of shipping your order. The amount of your sales tax will be calculated and displayed during the check out process.


Order Confirmation Number

Upon completing your order you will receive a confirmation number. Please save your order confirmation number and refer to it if you need to contact a Customer Service Representative.


Processing an Order

Your order of in stock merchandise will generally arrive in 5 to 7 days, unless you have selected expedited or overnight delivery. We will notify you if any item cannot be shipped within 30 days and you will be given the option to cancel your order. Your credit card will not be charged until the product is shipped. Orders received over the weekend and on holidays will be processed the following business day. If you are paying via Paypal, the funds will be deducted from your Paypal account when you place your order. This is a Paypal policy


How to Change Your Order

Shout! Factory processes your orders very quickly. If you find that you have made an incorrect order, please notify us immediately by sending an e-mail to shout@b3custserv.com. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct it. However, if the product has already been shipped, we will be unable to change any portion of your order.


Order Status

If you have set up a MyExpressCheckout account, you can check your order status by logging in at www.myexpresscheckout.com. You can also send us an email at shout@b3custserv.com.


Promotional Mailings

Shout! Factory will notify you of any upcoming promotional opportunities and new product releases which may interest you. If you don't want to receive these special mailings, please make sure to uncheck the box that reads: "Check this box if you want to receive special promotional mailings", which is located at the bottom of the page where you fill in your shipping and billing address information. If for some reason you forget to do this, you can easily remove yourself from this mailing list by sending an e-mail to shout@b3custserv.com.


Returns and Exchanges

  • If you have received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise please notify customer service within 30 days and follow the instructions below.
  • If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and the merchandise is unopened we will be happy to return it for you. Original shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded, and you will be responsible for all costs associated with return shipment. No cod returns will be accepted.
  • To return your items, please refer to your mailing label and follow the instructions for the warehouse from which your items shipped.

Please mail the package to the address below. We suggest that you send the item back to us using a trackable service such as US Mail with delivery confirmation.

  • Please follow these simple steps to ensure your fast returns and appropriate new shipment or credit.

  • Contact customer service.

    You must contact customer service to obtain a return authorization number (ra#). Returns cannot be accepted without this number. You may contact customer service via e-mail  at shout@b3custserv.com.  

  • Information needed.

    Please include the following information in your e-mail:
    -Order confirmation number
    -Your name
    -Your e-mail address
    -Your phone number
    -Product #
    -Product name
    -Reason for return

  • Pack and send.

    -Fill out the return label (provided on the back of your invoice), including your ra#. returns cannot be accepted without an ra#.
    -Enclose merchandise and this completed form in a sturdy package (the original package is preferred).
    -Enclose the original packing slip / invoice in the package.
    -Affix the return label to the outside of the package and send to the following address:
